I’m a Heathen, searching for his soul…

The Worm Fiends are riding out and finally maintaining our stride for interviews. It’s a groove thing…. spend too much time away from asking bands questions, it gets harder to fall back into the vibe of it. But I think we’re there. This weeks update unveils 2 Hefty interrogations with Vali and Feast Eternal. Woodland mysticism and bold Christian beliefs certainly don’t fit together, but this is what interests us here at WG the most… differing opinions and beliefs. Don’t you get tired of reading the same stock questions all the time? We do and are working hard to keep all of you entertained, intrigued and maybe just slightly annoyed… haha…

So on the eve of the carnivorous frenzy, we wish you all a good Thanksgiving. I know we’re all thankful for you taking the time out of your weekly net wanderings to pay us a visit. Kindly reveal your holiday playlists and any other comments you may have to get off your chest. Reviews will return next week! -Marty

  1. Just wanted to say happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Glad to have the day off, stuff myself, and squeeze some metal in.

I enjoyed the Feast Eternal interview. It is intriguing to hear the Christian perspective on metal, especially from someone that has devout Christian beliefs but still listens to non-Christian or even anti-Christian metal. To me that takes a little more thought than someone that just mindlessly waves the flag of Satanism or Christianity. I downloaded their new 4 song ep and dig it. Well done old-school influenced death metal with some memorable song writing.

Now I am going to go, uhhh, feast eternal myself on this day.

  2. Thanks Shawn, same to you & all our readers – Happy Triptophan Day from WG!

  3. This week I am enjoying the following , maybe someone out there has some crossover:

    Absu – Tara
    Morbid Angel – Heretic
Morbid Angel – Formulas Fatal to the Flesh
Obliteration – Black Death Horizon (awesome!!)
Divine Ev e – As the Angels Weep
    Anatomia – Shreds of Putrefaction
Ruins of Beaverass – Foulest Semen of a Sheltered Elite

  4. Anyone out there? Bueller….? Did that turkey really make you all that boring or am I the lonesome loser on this site?

  5. Ruins of Beaverass… Haha… You made me giggle.

  6. Its gotta a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? Glad someone was paying attention. hehe.
